2006 jun 29 - Good bye sir

Hi,

I haven’t personally meet you ever before, though i had worked in clarion for exact seven months.

I can understand this is not possible for you to meet each individual in such a big organization. I have also suggested this thing in Sixth anniversary party feed back to arrange a personal meet with each new comer in such an event.

Any ways I am writing this mail assuming that i will not get chance to meet you personally. Really I have learnt many things from clarion. Clarion is my forth company up to now. I have always work in each institute as a learner. Not only the technical things but the way and how the company is being operated and most interestingly how the people are being managed. As in my mind all the way from beginning I am not going to be the service person more than ten years.

I have learnt so many thing to be follow and most important not to follow. I like the company culture or environment like "No sir no madam" policy, Spandan as a common platform for thought sharing (most important you your self involved in discussion - like you have participated in discussion of prasad's technical problem) and few more and what i think not to follow is the style of implementing policy. as per my view policy are to manage and help the employee, and this is more true when you like to say calrion family and having such a sweet name as papa, mummy, chachu, and mamu for base pillars of the company. I don’t want to go in depth of this topic but really I get learn not to implement policy without a human face.

Hope I have not written any thing out of my boundary, and if write kindly forgive me. I would definitely love to meet you once in my life. And I will do keep this in my wish list with good priority level.

2006 jun 29 - Good Bye collegues

Hi All Clarionites

It is with mixed emotions that I inform you that today is my last day as clarionites. I have spent eight hours a day for last seven month. I would not say it’s a sad departure. As I have gain a lots from the clarion. Most importantly a very different culture where to top level person is implementing a No Sir No Madam policy, a culture where together with all clarion family members a smallest level employee can enjoy the moments through yearly picnic and annual party and can share their thoughts without any hesitation on Spandan.

2006 jun 26 - Airline between Helping Nature and Stupidity.

Hi,

Its really not good to write on such a topic on the open place but really I am not bale to stop my self without writing it. I am feeling everithing then comfortable with this.

Helping nature is really appreciatiable, But only the effort of helpin in ther area of your expertise or the knowledge.

According to me its the really stupidity when some one ask some quiestion to a person who know the other is not knowing any thing about or the there is tends to zero possibility and may be her/his own effor may lead her/him to result more fast. Though this is the contradictory to my own believes that "Even a stopped watch shows the Correct time two times in a day."

I can not disclause which incident and the persons who lead to think me in this way. But really you can say Neutan can create two holes for two cats, But some one who creates two holes for two cats cant be neutan.

2006 Jun 19 - Truth Truth And only Truth

Peples are afraid of lie. But True-Lies of half truth is very common and normal for any person. And most of the persons use this true lies or half truth for the sake of easyness or more effectiveness, But gredually they fall in the cab of half lie and to maintain this half lie he/she have to create a series of lie of true lies.

And at the end of this allways he/she try to put fullstop or the to came out of this cab he/she have to use a full lie.

I am also facing the same situation. Really its very difficult situation to handle. perticularly when you know i mean when i know what was wrong and the way is still wrong.

This is not the first time i am facing such situation but this time i am aware. and i dont like this.

2006-June-8 Tough decision are always prior to very tough decision

Really when ever you think this is the toughest decision eve I have to take, then remember the above wards that

TOUGH DECISIONS ARE ALWASYS PRIOR TO VERY TOUGH DECISION.

Belive me this is not the thefted word/idiom. But its very true I am facing the decisions that are seems very tough, but when I think about the previous decisions I think this is more tough then previous so I belive that the forthcoming decisions will be more toughest.
